Poultry, Pork and Beef
Poultry - Each spring we purchase broiler and turkey chicks. Whole broilers are always available. Whole farm fresh turkeys and turkey breasts, legs, necks and gizzards, become available the weekend before Thanksgiving. Turkeys range anywhere from 18 to 42 pounds and are available frozen after Thanksgiving. Call and reserve a turkey as soon as possible. Farm fresh chicken and quail eggs are available for purchase daily.
Processing - There is a processing room on site where we process our own poultry. We welcome community members to give us a call to discuss the opportunity to process their poultry.

Pork - Piglets are purchased in the spring or born on our farm, and raised on hormone/medication free grain. Pig or half-a-pig orders need to be placed by early spring as space for raising is limited. When grown, they are dressed for bulk meat purchase in November. Various cuts, ground pork, and ground sausage, are available. Roasters may also be available and may be processed here on the farm.
Beef - Raised here on the farm with non-medicated, hormone free grain and hay. Available for purchase live, or can be brought to slaughter and sold as whole, 1/2, or 1/4. Give us a call and find out about your options.
