Poultry and Pork
Poultry - Each spring we purchase broiler and turkey chicks. Whole broilers are always available. Whole farm fresh turkeys and turkey breasts, legs, necks and gizzards, become available the weekend before Thanksgiving. Turkeys range anywhere from 18 to 42 pounds and are available frozen after Thanksgiving. Call and reserve a turkey as soon as possible. Farm fresh chicken eggs are available for purchase daily.

Pork - Piglets are purchased in the spring, raised, and are dressed for bulk meat purchase in November. Pig orders need to be placed by early spring as space for raising is limited.
